txtm8 is our free sex and relationships text service for young people living, working and studying in the London. The Mayor’s Young London Outreach Team tested out txtm8, watch their video to see what they thought of the service:

Using txtm8
To use txtm8 all you have to do is text your question to 89868 and you’ll receive a free answer within 30 minutes.

The text service is completely free and open 365 days a year, between 8am and 2am. Any texts received outside these hours will be dealt with as soon as the service reopens in the morning.

All questions are answered by experienced advisers who are trained to give clear, confidential help and advice on any topic relating to sex, relationships and sexual health.
