Service Evaluation

It’s important for us to know that CluedUp is working. For that reason we are getting lots of people involved from the start. We are also working with an independent team, Agency, to assess the impact of what we do. They will be monitoring and evaluating what happens on the programme, acting as Learning Partners and making sure that the most useful lessons are learnt. This team will be working to guarantee that the quality of what is delivered is high, it is reaching the right people, making a meaningful impact and that it is linking up to what is going on elsewhere.

The evaluation team will be asking everyone involved what they think of the programme and their experiences – and will be fully aware of issues of confidentiality and anonymity.
